Lucy García Today I had an appointment for an injection in my knee. I explained my case to the doctors assistant, and she was so rude. She told me there was no point in giving me another dose since it hadnt worked before, that my insurance was bad and low. She asked me if I had money to pay for the gel treatment; otherwise, she would arrange for me to be operated on by another doctor. I was left in shock... I couldnt believe what she was saying. On top of that, she acted as the translator for the doctor (who must have told her that he left), and I was left with nothing... Its a shame that I just now see the reviews for the medical center, otherwise, I wouldnt have gone....It’s a shame that one person can make a doctor and a company, whose only goal is to help so many people.

Pete Get ready to wait over a month for an appointment and then hours after your appointment time waiting for the doctor. Get ready for a nursing staff with poor communication and a huge amout of patients so you definitely know you will be waiting 2x much as another place.

Tina B I made an appointment a month ago. The person who made my appointment said she does not think they take my insurance anymore. I said that is fine I could be self pay, she preceded to give me the price.
I went there today to be told that I can not self pay because I have insurance (even though they do not take it).
Since when can a person not choose to pay their bill instead of using insurance. If I did not have insurance I could be seen but if you have insurance that they don’t take, then you can’t self pay or be seen!!??!!
They tried to tell me it would be fraud for me to pay and be seen. Sounds more like they are doing fraud Fay refusing to see me self pay because I have insurance.
Unfortunately I really like Dr Blum who I was supposed to see today but this office has gone to crap since they are now part of Advent.
They just lost a lost time patient because of this.

Pedro Aviles Made my appointment and came in for my service 2/27/23. Did paperwork online they took my Co-pay after 1:45 minutes waiting I was told they had not checked me in. How did they take my money. Got a refund and RAN out with my Bad leg. This place is a joke. They need to get rid of the entire front desk help and start from scratch. They don’t know what the hell they are doing.
Should have looked at reviews before visit.
