Alicia Thompson We went through a red light a few minutes from our gym and all of a sudden an alert came on that our front right tire was losing pressure quick! It was completely flat in less than 30 seconds, but thank God for Mat Steele with M&D Auto Repair. He let us pull right into one of his bays, used his jack to lift the truck and air the tire up so we could see what the issue was. When we saw that it was a huge split that couldn’t be repaired, he got down on the wet concrete and helped my husband get the spare tire from under the truck. We tried to pay him, but he wouldn’t let us and said it was the right thing to do and he was happy he could help us. This was just a perfect example that humanity isn’t completely lost and there really are amazing people left in this world. We couldn’t be more grateful!

MarkRay Pickett M & J Highlands Automotive Had them install front coil springs and 4 shocks I bought myself. They supplied the labor. On the coil springs, they jumped on that and did the job as quickly as could be done. On the shocks, I called them before I left the house and they said they were ready for me at my appointment time. Somehow, they decided to start an oil change just as I drove up. This took about 20-25 minutes, maybe longer. I dont mind waiting for work being done but do mind waiting while my vehicle is sitting in the lot not being repaired at my appointment time. Once they got on the shocks replacement job, it was done in a reasonable amount of time. Both the springs and shocks jobs were priced satisfactorily. I am pleased with the results. They like not using credit cards - expense? I had forgot my checkbook. I was able to drive back home and get it and return to pay my bill. I was surprised by that but glad to save some cash and not pay CC companies. Good experience overall. I recommend them.

We were finishing up a pleasant visit to Immokalee to hang out for spring break, and wouldn’t you know, the car started smoking. We went to quality one to have someone check out the issue. Brittany Lopez I highly recommend carDi automotive! Ive been coming to them since i moved to florida almost 2 years ago. CarDi has treated me well since Day 1, But this most recent experience they really went above n beyond! They took my car in for a battery test and brake concerns. After they found the issues and approving the work that was advised, i explained i needed it to be done by a certain time to pick my son up from school. they were pretty sure they could make the time. But ofc as usual with older cars they ran into some unexpected issues which set them back time wise. Instead of putting me in a tight spot, they immediately offered me a ride to pick him up so I was able to get my son on time and by the time we returned my car was all set! When i moved here and was looking for a shop to take my vehicle too my main concerns was finding a shop who wont over charge me or try to sell me work i dont need or didnt request. The team at carDi always listens to my concerns, has never attempted to oversell me. And has always given me fair pricing imo. If ur looking for a good place with good people this is the one!

Of course, he working at a Chevy dealership knew exactly what to do with my Buick Encore. And it was fone with precision and excellence. Also, Im used to repairs like this taking more than a day, but he had it done in mere hours. J. S. ****Update: It has been about a month and I wanted to be sure to give an update. Since taking our truck here we havent had one single problem with it! I am VERY happy to have found an honest, reliable, trustworthy mechanic who is also knowledgable and can fix things the right way the first time. My husband was very satisfied with their explanations and answers to his questions. He also said that their fees are very reasonable, and he would know as he did a lot of calling around before choosing Adkins Automotive. There were no hidden costs, they kept their word on the time frame and now my truck is back in tip top shape. We will be using them from now on. They are definitely a 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ business. So far so good. I have been looking for a local mechanic that is honest and doesnt create more problems than they solve. I just got my vehicle back and so far everything seems to be working well. Fingers crossed, that I have finally found an honest, affordable, local mechanic to take my vehicles too. So far, so good.
