5 /5 J. S.: ****Update: It has been about a month and I wanted to be sure to give an update. Since taking our truck here we havent had one single problem with it! I am VERY happy to have found an honest, reliable, trustworthy mechanic who is also knowledgable and can fix things the right way the first time. My husband was very satisfied with their explanations and answers to his questions. He also said that their fees are very reasonable, and he would know as he did a lot of calling around before choosing Adkins Automotive. There were no hidden costs, they kept their word on the time frame and now my truck is back in tip top shape. We will be using them from now on. They are definitely a 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ business. So far so good. I have been looking for a local mechanic that is honest and doesnt create more problems than they solve. I just got my vehicle back and so far everything seems to be working well. Fingers crossed, that I have finally found an honest, affordable, local mechanic to take my vehicles too. So far, so good.

5 /5 Rick Reass: My 2009 F150 with 352,000 miles on the clock had developed a front end shimmy/shake at about 50 miles an hour. I had 4 new tires installed by the big box store (W----rt) and lifetime balance in December of last year. I made 2 trips back to this big box store and were told that there was nothing wrong with the balance. It had gotten pretty bad so since I had a previous pleasant experience with Adkins on another vehicle, I decided to try them again, given they are close to my home. Imagine my surprise when I received a call from them saying that the wheels were terribly out of balance. They balanced them and test drove it and what do you know--no more shimmy and shaking going on!! Very honest and fair price. Additionally, what a great testimony that their little jar on the counter has a sign that reads "take one". Inside are small wooden crosses!! As a Believer, that was like icing on the cookie!! Blessed to have had that experience with their garage. We will be back as needed.

5 /5 Cintavose Vaughn: Atkins automotive, what can I say about this place? Theres so much that I could say. First off, the owner is Robert Atkins. And do you know what when I first came to him? I barely had any money, but I wanted him to look at my car, and he said, you know, it could be this or that. And he said, I can tell you what, Im not even gonna charge you a diagnostic fee. And that was a year. Or so ago I have been with him ever since, and hes the only man that I trust. To touch my car or should I say the only business as of right now in winter? Haven Florida? Hes very trustworthy. If theres something you bring your car in and you think theres something wrong, hell tell you. Possibly no, theres nothing wrong with your car.Hes very honest, and he always is very, very courteous. Respectful and the staff There is wonderful, which is his daughter and her friend, Vanessa and dawn. And Im there so much, they know me by my first name, and they just make me feel so welcome every time and you know, Im about to move to another city, and I think I still may use them. I might have to figure that one out because I dont trust anyone else. Theyre very knowledgeable and not very expensive, either, not at all. Ive taken my car to Chrysler. Twice, and youve just seen what they tried to charge me. I take it to Atkins, for the same issues and pay way less more than half. So atkins can be trusted, you should go there.

5 /5 Liz F: I took my 2021 jeep renegade here this morning because it wouldn’t stay running for me my battery was all corroded so I cleaned it up. These guys test drove it twice and couldn’t find anything wrong maybe what I did helped who knows they had my car from bout 8am till 230 pm and they didn’t charge me anything. I feel like they are very honest because they could of easily took advantage and said something else was wrong just to get the business and they didn’t for that I want to thank them very much
