5 /5 christina kodis: The receptionist I spoke with today Melissa (Daytona Fl office #) went way out of her way to help me. I called very clueless and confused and just said that I needed to see a dr but I didn’t know who or what drs took my hmo. She took time out of her day to search all local advent family practices for a dr that took my insurance and had an opening for a new patient. I had not had any luck on my own and would of had to wait 5 months to see the dr closest to my home. I am very grateful for her help and the kindness she showed to meand how fast she was able to get me an appointment. She Even took the time to give me directions to the office. Ty again for making me feel so comfortable and welcome it made my day so much easier.
