5 /5 Mason Rousseaux: This was my first time having the pleasure of using Als and it was fantastic. My wifes car was dead, and her battery was stuck due to a rusted bolt keeping it in place. We didnt really have any other options. Any tow truck couldnt squeeze into our small apartment complex parking lot. I gave him a call, and he was here 25 minutes later with a brand new battery. Replaced it in a matter of 10 minutes, gave me a good price which was his exact estimate when I gave him the initial phone call, told me to reach out to him at any time and told me he would give me a better price than what a regular auto shop would give me even if I already got a quote from them. We stopped to chat about the weather and he gave me tips on the upcoming hurricane season since my wife and I are new to the area. I will definitely be using him again, excellent service!

He came and fixed it the next day, was very pleasant to speak with and the cost was cheaper than getting my car towed to the shop I normally would have gone to. He took a huge weight off my shoulders by coming out as quick as he did and fixing my car. I would give more than 5 stars if I could, this guy is great!
