5 /5 Amy Dreher: Best customer service in years! Howard was knowledgeable, professional and polite. We received a status update daily on the progress being made on our electrical issue. They suggested additional repairs and maintenance to be done that were not aware of as issues. All cost estimates were detailed with photos and could be approved item by item digitally. Their prices were all very reasonable. We completed everything and when we picked up the RV we received a thank you gift. We will absolutely return for future needs. I had a coupon that I received in the mail and they honored it plus the installation was very quick. Howard and team were great to work with and provided excellent customer service. I will be coming back to Apex for future maintenance
