5 /5 Kathy Collier-Mehl: My first visit was very thorough. Everyone was very friendly and explained everything to me. The office manager helped me with the financing I needed to accomplish the work that needs to be done. The hygienist explained to me what she would be doing as did the x-ray tech and the dentist was very informative and treated me like a person not a dollar sign. I was very impressed with everyone so far. Thank you Aspen Dental for your patience with me.

5 /5 MrsJohn Edge: They were pretty quick. And the dentist was very nice and had good bedside manner which you rarely find these days. My appointment was at 1:30, I walked in around 1:12, and was out within an hour...and I was a new patient. So I did the new patient forms, had X-rays done, had my eexam, talked with the dentist, and went over my plan, made my next appointment which is only 2 days away, and was out the door all within an hour.

The work the doctors do is always amazing. I strongly recommend Aspen to anyone who wants a great experience and quality dental care.

1 /5 Jailan Johnson: This aspen dental is a scam. Never have I ever interacted with a business that is so unprofessional and downright nasty. In March of 2024 I went to have my teeth fixed. It had been months. Firstly, they lied about my dental insurance not covering the antibiotics I needed for the periodontal I had going on, forcing me to open a line of credit through Fortiva. I realized a little over halfway into getting my teeth done, that I was being scammed. They had charged my fortiva without telling me, sending me over my credit limit and making my monthly payments rise. I had called today to speak to them about charging back my fortiva for the work I hadn’t had finished, and then they tried claiming that I finished having the work done. Even though I did not. I had 2 cavities left to be filled, and then one more peridontal cleaning to complete. (Even emails about them cancelling my appointments because I refused to show. Further proving that I still had treatments to be had.) Mentioning, back in November a different man had told me that my fortiva would be charged back after 3 months of service not completed. That never happened. After the rude woman on the phone hung up on me and told me to go talk to a lawyer, I am now having to sue Aspen Dental for my money back. And best believe I have proof of ALL of this. Because one thing about me and two things for certain, I don’t play about my money. And I keep evidence of EVERYTHING. So, don’t go to this Aspen dental or any at all to be honest. A bunch of scammers and con artists.
