Brian Hook My experience with J.A.E. Automotive has been positive each time Ive brought my corvette in for service. Each time Im greeted with a friendly smile. Considering my vette is 18 years old, its going to need something done, as it ages, and I know I can trust bringing it here. They can quickly find and resolve my cars issue and I can be back out on the road with the car I love to drive.

Nick Orsan I cant say enough Great things about Josh and his crew. I had a problem with my 2016 dodge journey while in Florida for the winter. I had it to a very reputable local garage but they couldnt find the problem after working on it for about 4 hrs. They didnt charge me since they said they couldnt fix the issue, they suggested I take it to the dealer since they have all the up to date equip. Well I did, (Gettel Dodge Punta Gorda ). Ti booked a appointment and still had to wait 4.5 hrs before they came out and said I need a new wiring harness and would be $4250.00 . I couldnt belive it and said forget it. Drove car back to Ft Myers and started to do research and came across Automotive Technologies in Ft Myers. 5 Star reviews !!! I called and spoke with Josh for 15 or 20 minutes . He listened and ask many questions. I brought car to him the next Monday and to make a long story short he kept it for 3 days and eventually figured out the problem. He STUCK WITH IT till he figured it out. His bill was more than reasonable I couldnt have been happier. I left for home which was a 1600 mile trip 3 day later. The car ran better than new and never missed a beat. It is refreshing to find a honest, talented and master mechanic in these days. 5 STAR GOLD PLATED service if you ever need a GREAT mechanic.

Sarah Wow. What fabulous customer care. I just went in for an inspection to check my car before a long road trip and they were able to get me right in. Everyone was super friendly, easygoing, efficient, and made me feel like I was part of the family. They combed over my car and found a few small leaks but was honest and told me they were an easy fix and nothing to worry about. They keep the shop very clean and welcoming. I highly recommend this shop and will definitely come back.

Shawn Cauley What a great experience from start to finish. If you drive a late model BMW or in my case Mercedes and you’re not taking your car to Better Cars Service Center you’re making a mistake. Dennis is an outlier in the auto shop industry. Fair, honest and a MAN of his word. I won’t be going anywhere else. Thanks again Dennis for getting the old CLK430 back in business. These older cars can be very temperamental(trunk issues) but Dennis knows all the tricks through many years of experience. Thanks again to all the staff. Shawn

J Carter Just wanted to thank Don for the way he treated Kristin (with the white Jeep) and me after her minor accident. We were a little concerned something serious might be going on, but Don took the time to walk through everything in detail and pinpointed the issue with impressive accuracy. I’ve dealt with my fair share of shops and car issues, and I could tell right away he’s sharp, analytical, and really knows his craft. He’s got that old-school mindset you don’t see much anymore — fair, honest, and extremely skilled. It’s not often I come across someone in this field I truly respect, but Don earned it.
