However, I feel so strongly about the service I’ve received since 1988 from EF auto and tire. Whether I’ve popped in for a nail in my tire, a set of new tires, brakes, oil change or any other issue with my car, they have always warmly greeted me and treated me with great, quick and efficient service. Bill and JC go above and beyond to be welcoming and go out of their way to be sure you are apprised of the issue, the cost and then the follow up when the work is complete. I’ve highly recommended them to other friends, who have been extremely satisfied as well. It says a lot to be able to consistently rely on a business that maintains the highest level of reliability and top-notch service. They treat you like family and for this reason I have been a client for more than 35 years. Great job guys!

Joseph Pritchett Mario was excellent in helping me replace the lug studs on my car since I had a few break off from cross threaded lug nuts. His pricing was phenomenal and during the fix, he sent me photos of my brake pads and asked if Id like those done too. He didnt overcharge me like a big chain car repair place would. I would give him 6 stars if I could.

J S So awesome! I love and trust this shop. Oscar and Manny know their stuff and have a passion for VWs. They do it all, and they do it right. Simple or complex problems are easy with this shop. German cars are fussy, and these guys know how to handle it. They charge a fair price ,and they are very communicative and transparent. This is the only place I am taking my 2015 Jetta ever again. No other place compares. I’m a lifetime VW owner, and as long as I live in this area, this is my lifetime VW shop. Highly recommended!!!!!
