5 /5 Neil Schlupp: Driving from St. Louis to Marco Island Florida and our AC went out on our 2016 BMW X3. After several calls all over Tallahassee I found AW. Was told to come in and we will check out the vehicle and get you on the road asap. Had compressor issue and AW had the replacement part the next day. Put a mechanic on this job that morning and was on the road by noon. Truly thankful for all the effort to get this repair done and what was a fair price for the repair. Thank you Robert, the owner, Cyrus and Danny for their help and professionalism.

5 /5 BlueRSX: I needed a second opinion for a problem that was originally diagnosed by the dealership. David checked my car and even drew a sketch to illustrate what the issue was. As someone with a design background, I really appreciated that ^_^. They found the parts I needed and the repair was several thousand dollars less than what the dealership was charging for an issue that wasnt the actual problem. Definitely will be using Autoworks for any future work, thanks!

5 /5 Sarah H: We came here because a local shop could not work on the Volkswagen Jetta wiring. Autoworks was able to get out car in quickly and assess the problems and fix them the same day. They explained exactly what was done and we are so happy for the car to be fixed. The pricing was reasonable and affordable, and we will use them from now on when we need any routine maintenance done in Tallahassee. I am so thankful that we found this reliable business!

1 /5 Dawn White: If I can give a zero star I would. I was told diagnosis test was 100 flat rate fee that goes towards repairs. Technician Danny told my sister it was 200 per hour and that he didnt know what was wrong. I call spoke with reception asked about the 100 diagnosis quote she said that was correct and she didnt know why Danny said that. When I talk to Danny not only did he lie but he got defensive and said I was entitled which is correct, entitled not to get scammed but shady people or business I asked to speak with the owner Robert several times he said not until I told him I can come in person and speak with him, he put Robert wife on the phone who also fumble on her words as well she told me yes its only 100 diagnosis fee then she stated labor is 200 a hour if we find the problem and fix it which was fine, so I asked well why was Danny telling us 200 per hour to diagnosis then she got offensive which is shady business practices and I will continue to report this behavior to open and expose this business!!!

5 /5 Forever Travel: Stopped without an appointment because our 2022 VW Taos was showing intermittently low battery power. Greeted right away and a scanner was used to identify the issue. Problem was the battery place that installed the battery really didn’t know how to reset codes. Autoworks reset the codes that faulted out, test drove the car and charged nothing. If you have a German made car new or used this is definitely the place to come.
