1 /5 Dawn White: If I can give a zero star I would. I was told diagnosis test was 100 flat rate fee that goes towards repairs. Technician Danny told my sister it was 200 per hour and that he didnt know what was wrong. I call spoke with reception asked about the 100 diagnosis quote she said that was correct and she didnt know why Danny said that. When I talk to Danny not only did he lie but he got defensive and said I was entitled which is correct, entitled not to get scammed but shady people or business I asked to speak with the owner Robert several times he said not until I told him I can come in person and speak with him, he put Robert wife on the phone who also fumble on her words as well she told me yes its only 100 diagnosis fee then she stated labor is 200 a hour if we find the problem and fix it which was fine, so I asked well why was Danny telling us 200 per hour to diagnosis then she got offensive which is shady business practices and I will continue to report this behavior to open and expose this business!!!
