5 /5 kay M: Definitely my favorite nail salon in Lakeland!!! The atmosphere is nice and friendly, they offer you something to drink. Also the decor is beautiful!!! Definitely a new customer. Did a revisit on 10/01 and much different response. I got a refill and toe nail polish change. Immediately when I said I didn’t want a pedicure, other nail techs started speaking in their language with the nail tech that was doing my nails, exchanging smiles and glances at each other. I caught every glance and the vibe towards me the whole time I was in there. Customers should feel comfortable during a supposedly relaxing setting. Changed my mind last minute about leaving a tip as well, maybe next visit will be better.
