5 /5 Dr. Sharon Downey: First of all, having a heart problem is new to me. Dr. Cox and Kelly have taken the time to educate me on heart health. The entire staff has been supportive and professional in their interactions with me. Patients do not want to be sick, but when it happens, they want to trust those who are providing care. I feel safe under the care of Dr. Cox, Kelly, and the team. Even when I sent a message through the patient portal, Katrina called and advised me on the matter. 5 /5 Sheila Nation-Turk: Dr. Cox was excellent!! However, records from my ER visit at St. Vincents/Belfort were not available to Dr. Cox. Jane assured me that she would make sure he had them when I made my appointment. NO FOLLOW/UP. Ridiculous!
