Ive been taking my 2016 750 to Jay and his team for over three years, and the experience has been nothing short of exceptional. Their unmatched professionalism, honesty, and dedication to quality service are rare to find in this industry. I live in an area surrounded by options—four independent BMW specialists and a BMW dealership just minutes from my home—but I gladly drive 58 minutes to Bavarian Car Care because no one else comes close to the level of trust and quality they provide. They take the time to explain issues in simple, understandable terms, are always transparent with pricing, and consistently resolve problems promptly. Its clear they genuinely care about their customers and always act in our best interest. I usually dont write reviews, but this place is truly a hidden gem. 5 /5 maximo senises: 03/18/2025 wire came loose on my ac repair, called I took it over , two hours later “ hey max cable was to tight, we put new one with a lil more slack, come pick it up, no charge! Honesty at its best. I am a loyal customer no doubt. Yes and the staff wow, Jay, Glen and of course the air traffic controller in the office Jackie thanks a bunch guys, oh yes I did also replaced serpentine belt.

5 /5 Tracy Monroe: Some 7 months ago, I took a 2013 Mini Cooper S to Jay at Bavarian Car Care located at 13016 S. Dixie Highway, Miami, FL to go over the vehicle before I purchased it from a private dealer. They were highly recommended for their work on BMW and Mini Coopers by my boyfriend’s longtime, legendary garage/mechanic, Walters Engineering, who he refers to as “the car whisperer”. I couldn’t be happier with the excellent and honest care that I received. Their independent opinion of quality and condition of the car was invaluable in my decision and has proven to be spot on some 7 months later. Their excellent service has only continued in the minor service needs that I have had to date. My Mini Cooper S is running like new. I can’t recommend Jay and Bavarian Car Care highly enough to anyone needing reliable and professional automotive service.
