1 /5 Jon Thompson: Keith ripped me off $700 for fuel pressure regulator that I didnt even need, said he cleaned this and that and adjusted my distributor cap. It absolutely made no difference. He had my van for a week! My van runs just as bad as before I brought it to them. They then he said I needed a $3600 valve job, but wasnt sure. Total scam, utter rip off and a waste of my time.

5 /5 Lindsay Holzhauer: I had an issue with my vehicle the same day I was supposed to drive out of town for my best friend’s wedding. After being told by two other shops that I’d have to wait 24–48 hours just for diagnostics, I called Bay Pines and spoke to their incredible Service Advisor, MaryAnne, who went out of her way to get me in for an emergency appointment that same day. My car was diagnosed and fixed within the hour. The owner, Keith, and the technician, Tim, were both stand-up professionals who took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt taken care of—not taken advantage of. As a young woman, I’m often anxious walking into auto shops, but I felt completely at ease here. They were honest, fair, and to say the cost was reasonable would be an understatement. I couldn’t recommend this business more highly.
