5 /5 Jake Martell: My skid plate was dragging on the pavement, so I headed over to the shop without an appointment and they saw me immediately. Fix took less than five minutes, and I wasn’t even charged. This place has honest guys who do honest work. Will for sure come back in the future.

5 /5 John Thompson: This was my first time using Bob Coles for maintenance. I brought my moms 2018 VW Tiguan in for brake work (rotors and brake pads for front and rear) as the VW dealership in Mobile wanted double the price for the same service and places like Firestone couldnt work on it due to the electronics. Mark and his technician let me know that one of the services that the dealership said it needed wasnt actually necessary, which gave me extra confidence in using the shop. They had me in and out within 4 hours and Mark Cole gave me a ride home and then picked me back up since I lived close to the shop, which was greatly appreciated. The service and attention I received was excellent and I will be using Bob Coles again for my moms vehicle as well as service I might need in the future. Great to find a local shop where they take pride in their work and have very reasonable prices. Thanks again!

5 /5 Ashley Brown: Weve brought multiple cars here over the years and have always been extremely pleased. They are nice, professional, and honest, as well as reasonably priced. We appreciate that they dont try to sell us anything we dont need, just fix the problem we bring the car in for. And what they fix stays fixed! Weve never had to make a second trip for the same issue. HIGHLY recommend Bob Coles for every type of car.

He was kind, courteous, and very fairly priced. I would absolutely bring my vehicle back to him! Highly recommended, youre not going to find a better place in Pensacola!
