Logan took great care of me. Ordered the tire, kept me informed daily of the progress and I was able to pick up the vehicle as promised. 5 /5 riley iturbe: My alternator had failed on me, and I miraculously, was able to pull into Brazzeals automotive shop not knowing they were a body shop. I had walked in shortly after and the first thing they told me was they could look at it first thing tomorrow morning which is what happened I have never been to the shop before and care a lot about my car so I was very hesitant to do so. They immediately assured me that my car was in good hands with their immediate feedback on what they were doing with the car hour by hour with detailed pictures and options on how I would like to go about fixing the car an what might need attention. Overall very professional and would highly recommend to anyone else who wants their car in good care I can guarantee you I will be bringing my car back if it needs attention.

5 /5 Stephanie McCarney: Great place with a family touch and a waiting lounge like a car dealership. I really enjoyed my fast, overnight tire delivery. As well as, next day service at a better price, and knowledge on my product, than a few of the other big brands. Keep it simple, keep it small, and give back to the community. I will be back and a big shout out to Logan for his assistance and prioritizing my needs.

5 /5 Lisa Leer: I’ve taken my car here for a long time. Everyone has always been very nice, respectful and professional. Logan recently went the extra mile for me to get a tire replaced that was under warranty! Lots of calls and coordinating but he got it done. They are always fair and try to get things done for you in a timely manner! Great place!!
