They took my car in for a battery test and brake concerns. After they found the issues and approving the work that was advised, i explained i needed it to be done by a certain time to pick my son up from school. they were pretty sure they could make the time. But ofc as usual with older cars they ran into some unexpected issues which set them back time wise. Instead of putting me in a tight spot, they immediately offered me a ride to pick him up so I was able to get my son on time and by the time we returned my car was all set!
When i moved here and was looking for a shop to take my vehicle too my main concerns was finding a shop who wont over charge me or try to sell me work i dont need or didnt request. The team at carDi always listens to my concerns, has never attempted to oversell me. And has always given me fair pricing imo. If ur looking for a good place with good people this is the one!
