5 /5 CHEFTIMP: Great experience considering we had to go there! Couldnt have been happier with the service we received. From the receptionist the nurses and the Dr! All great and my son was just dehydrated so that was a good learning experience for us to make sure we drink more. Would definitely recommend here if you need a good childrens hospital!

5 /5 Leslie Adanna: I will start off by saying as a black woman I was very nervous about giving birth bc of all the stories but the nurses at Lakeland Regional (LR) are awesome!!! They really put my mind at ease and gave me top notch service! I had nurse Rebecca who was awesome and gave me some insight as a mother. I really appreciated that! She is just a wealth of knowledge there was another nurse blonde lady who was my overnight nurse. Shame on me I can’t remember her name but she was GREAT! I think bc by that time I was in the throws of having strong contractions lol then there was Nurse Brittany sorry to all the other nurses but she was my favorite lol she was just a ball of energy, she put me at ease, walked me through everything. She was just super awesome! When I can drink I would definitely take her out for a night out on the town! lol on the the food… they give you a congratulatory dinner for giving birth but honestly the food is pretty sub lol I mean just order out if you can. But other than the food my experience was great, I am so thankful this was my first experience giving birth. Thank you to all the wonderful nurses at Lakeland you guys are just really awesome!

5 /5 Addison Wilson: Rhonda Jackson is by far the sweetest and kindest OB I’ve ever seen. She made me feel truly heard and understood in my experience. I typically am nervous going into appointments, but she made me feel so comfortable from the moment she came in the room. She advocated for me to have my own choices and helped me in every way she could. Her love of her job is very clearly shown through her work. This office is always great, but Rhonda went above and beyond today. Thank you so much for your kindness.
