We had originally taken it to be diagnosed at a dealership service department, but after struggling to receive clear communication over a period of three days, we were given a staggeringly high quote for their diagnosis and proposed solution. Immediately upon hearing about the issue he suspected that another (much simpler and less expensive) solution was the root of the problem.
