From test drive with me to verify sound my car was making, to technician showing me parts on car that needed to be fixed, time that it took for repairs was actual time quoted and price was fair. It’s hard to find quality mechanics in this day and age d age that will treat the customer with respect and actually listen to their concerns. My dashboard warning lights kept light up. Took the vehicle in and they fix it. Drove it home and boom the lights came back on. Called and took the car back. This continued a few times until they fixed my car. They don’t quit until you are satisfied. They care! Don’s staff is a wonderful group to deal with. They are honest and charge fair prices and don’t nickel and dime you. I will go no where else ever again!

All of the automotive technicians are highly skilled, ASE Certified Professionals. Routine PM and repair work is always completed correctly and within the promised timeframe. The owner, Neal is extremely knowledgeable and I have often seen him use informational videos in the office to explain maintenance and repairs to other customers. The office manager makes appointment scheduling easy, always notifies us when work has been completed in a timely manner, and expedites the vehicle vehicle check-out smoothly. Everyone at Dons Complete Auto has always treated us with polite respect and provided services for our cars and trucks with the same care and professionalism as if they were their own vehicles.

5 /5 John Callahan: So, my tale begins last Dec 14th, 2024. The wife calls and says the car is screaming and she scared to drive it. Shes in FL Im in OH. She parks it, researches and finds Dons, has it towed and they start digging into it. The following week, they have her come out to the service bay, walk her thru what they found and she gives them the go ahead to start the repairs. Fast forward to Feb 2025 and they call to tell me it ready, been test driven and its all done. I was expecting an exorbitant repair cost on top of the initial deposit- I WAS WRONG. Not only did they trouble shoot, repair and test drive to ensure, they provided a full preventative maintenance plan to help ensure we dont go thru this again. The guys are awesome, and I fully recommend Dons for ypur vehicle needs.
