5 /5 Bruce Koenig: I am now 5 weeks post peristomal hernia surgery. Dr. Kendrick McArthur is an absolute gem. I was having such problems with my hernia and now Im back to normal. Dr. McArthur and his staff are great to work with. I highly recommend them. Also, the robotic surgical procedure was so much easier on me. I had a lower abdominal hernia decades ago and was cut open for that procedure. The healing time and getting back to normal was so much easier with the robotics. Thank you!!!

He was recommended by my primary care physician and after being in Dr. McArthur’s care, I understand why. The first meeting/initial consultation with him was insightful. Dr. McArthur was very personable as he explained what was needed to address my medical needs. He patiently answered all my questions. This helped to foster confidence and trust in his diagnosis and my understanding of the surgical plan. Dr McArthur’s pre-op visit on the day of the surgery at the hospital, and while my spouse was present as well, reinforced our confidence in his competence and surgical expertise. The surgery went well, just as he had explained beforehand. Additional post surgery visits went well. Dr. McArthur thoroughly explained temporary limitations as well addressing any questions I had. I should also add that the staff at Associates in General and Vascular Surgery were all most helpful, informative and pleasant to deal with a special thank you to the nurse, Jen.

5 /5 Jeffrey Jones: He did my hiatal hernia surgery and it ENTIRELY changed my life. I was up and about about a day and a half after having robotic surgery. Not to say there was NO pain, but the pain was significantly less severe than anticipated and the healing time was half of what I thought it was going to be.
