5 /5 Michael B: I spoke at length with Jodie at the end of Friday about having a used car that I was considering purchasing being checked out prior to purchase and he stated that for $70 his team would check it out. We ended up speaking further about what type engine/s and make of vehicles were more prone to repair given his experience! We spoke for about 20 minutes and then I told him I would return for an inspection on Monday. I arrived and spoke to the receptionist, Sherry, explained to her the above discussion with Jodie and she put my pertinent information into their computer system and I waited in a very comfortable waiting area. A soda machine was available and complimentary coffee was provided. There was a very friendly cat, and I believe its smaller twin or offspring wandering about and happily enjoyed petting from anyone! My vehicle was reviewed and Russell, my mechanic took me back to the interior of the shop and explained to me that after his test drive he suggested a front wheel alignment and stated the front brake pads needed to be replaced. Final answer: My question as to whether to buy the car or not was answered as “Absolutely!” When Russell told me I could drive it out I told him that I owed the $70 inspection fee. He told me not to worry about it and I thanked him for his opinion and his grace! Bottom line, I was referred to this repair facility by friends who have used Elite Automotive for years. It was a pleasant experience and based on my friends opinions and internet reviews, Elite Automotive is trustworthy, has great customer service and fair and reasonable pricing! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND one check them out if you want to avoid the high cost of some dealerships repairs and are looking for options!

They came highly recommended by a friend in the industry at a time I needed a price break from what the dealership tried to charge. I’ve worked with Jonathan each time I’ve needed service on my vehicle and each time he’s been knowledgeable, straightforward, and friendly. I’ve found my forever place for my car. 5 /5 Stephen Neal: I cannot say enough good things about the staff at Elite Automotive. Chris and Sherri were very personable from start to finish, and made it their priority to keep me informed throughout the entire process while my Honda Accord was in their hands. There is one other gentleman (I cannot recall his name at the time of writing this) that assisted me quite a bit, and he 1000% exceeded my expectations for customer service and just being a good human being. He quoted me one price which was very reasonable, and kept his word by sticking to that price even after determining a little more work went into the job. I even caught a glimpse of him being very open and honest with a kind elderly woman that was there for an oil check. He only just let her know that she wasn’t due for a check at this time, but it was evident for me that they put their customers needs first rather than billing for unnecessary work. I very much respected that. My uncle Bob recommended this shop to me after moving to Lakeland and needed a good mechanic. I will be bringing all my business to this team as I continue building my life here.

5 /5 Lowell Johnson: I was all set to leave (the next day) on a 1500 mile road trip when my check engine light appeared. I called a local car dealer and was able to get in quickly so I rushed over. The dealership wanted me to pay $200 and to have my car for 4-5 hours to run the diagnostic testing. I simply could not afford that much time - so I left. On my way back home I called Elite Auto on Hwy 98 and they said yes stop in and they would look at it. They ran a diagnostic And told me my issue was minor. They reset the check engine light and told me to have a good trip. I asked what do I owe you. They said $0. “That was easy” they said. I’d give them 10 STARS if I could. Thank you Elite Automotive! 5 /5 Legit Christian: Sherry at the front is super nice and is great with customers. Chris was the guy who worked on my vehicle today, the 2020 Ford edge. I had my transmission inspected and everything, long story short I’m not able to do the work at the moment due to the cost. But even so they totally waived the inspection fee charging me $0.00 Such a blessing!!! It definitely seems like one of those mechanic shops that treats its customers very good. I will very likely be back in the future for future mechanical needs.
