5 /5 Cherie Calvird: I just love that I found this honest and friendly auto repair shop just a mile from my home. They put tires on all the way around and checked my ac. The AC just needed freon and thats all they did. Wasnt overcharged at all. I can now breathe easier after finding this shop!

They are senior citizen friendly and are very generous with their time and work and sometimes don’t even charge a dime for some jobs. They are and amazing at their craft. The office manager is very sweet and pleasant to talk to. She has great manners and a fun personality. They’ve been my mechanics since the 90’s and I won’t go anywhere else!

5 /5 Brenda knight: I drove from Jefferson City Missouri to Inverness Florida because my mother was on hospice. I needed a oil change in my transmission oil change and some gaskets and filters before my long journey back. I found family Auto and Melody she touched my heart we had 5 hours of conversation there and the mechanics were all so gracious and sweet they even bought me lunch because my car took a little longer than it was supposed to with no fault of their own. Im happy to say that I made it home safely back to Jefferson City Missouri and I would recommend this family Auto for all your car care needs! thank you so much for your service.
