5 /5 Lucy Gibson: Furrin Auto Alley is wonderful! The dealership did not have availability for a month and a half, but I am grateful because now I know about Furrin. Nicole is lovely. I chatted with the owners son, who is a pleasure, while waiting for my ride, and he correctly guessed the problem with my car just by listening to the symptoms! When it was later diagnosed, the clock spring was exactly the problem. Work was completed quickly and I got my car back the next day when the parts came in. Thank you Furrin!
