My boss and several of my colleagues told me to go to G&S so I brought my car in for a diagnostic with them. Carlos and Goran were both great, very knowledgeable and recommended that I go through insurance. (Other shops would have probably preferred to just take my money right then and there!) They were patient and advocated for me even when the insurance company was unresponsive and difficult to work with. Due to the oddly specific nature of my car troubles, I was advised to bring it to the dealership where they could do a deeper dive into the computer and proprietary codes. But based on how G&S treated me during this stressful debacle, I can tell theyre very honest people who take pride in their work and know their stuff. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them and will use them for my future auto repairs and maintenance needs.
