There was a nail in my tire; they removed it, and it was patched at no charge. Justin and Jason provided excellent customer service, and I appreciate their time and courtesy. 5 /5 Margaret Miller: This is the only place we will take our cars for service. Employees are friendly, knowledgable and helpful. I was running errands when I noticed one of my tires was down to 12 pounds. Driving on a low tire is stressful and I made my way to Gorman’s. They said they couldn’t look at it just that moment, but offered me a ride home, which I accepted. Between the time I dropped my car off and arrived at our home was less than 15 minutes. I did not have to wait around for the shuttle to take me home. Although I was not thrilled I needed a new tire, I was very happy that Gorman made everything very easy. This type of experience is what I always have at Gorman.
