5 /5 Dalia Silverstein: I 100% recommend this auto shop for all work needed to be done on your vehicle! It shows a lot that they do all of the work for the West Palm Beach Police Department because theyre so great. I picked this shop out of the rest specifically because of the employee Gavin though (I had no idea about the police contract). He was very helpful when I called on the phone and very patient with all of the questions that I asked him. He went above and beyond to help me. Best customer service Ive ever received, especially from an auto shop. Im very happy and very impressed with them. Thank you, Gavin, and Griffin Auto Care!

When my cabin AC stopped working, I called around different shops, but Griffin Auto seemed like the most trustworthy. They were available to fit me in for an appointment the next day, knew exactly what service I needed (vacuum recharge and pressure check), gave me a transparent quote, and set clear expectations. When I arrived there, I was greeted by Russell who kept me posted over the few hours the diagnostic tool. Within 4 hours, I drove off with a working AC and it cost me exactly what they quoted. Because my van is also a DIY camper that I travel and live in part time, I’m super particular on where I take it for service. These guys were awesome! Great auto shop - fast, clean, friendly, fair and affordable. Will definitely be getting my regular maintenance done here.
