Guzel Nail Spa - Hialeah (FL)

Fatkisses Karen Please know that this review reflects my personal experience. I recently went to this nails salon with my best friend. Since I do not have a babysitter, we went with my 2 year old daughter and my friends 7 year old son. First off, when we got there we were told to wait and communicating with the staff through the whole process was so confusing. The looks of the staff towards my daughter was unpleasant to say the least. My daughter is no angel but she is a child and as a single parent I expect people to be respectful and understandable. We both got full set acrylics with get nail polish. I paid $68.00 plus tips. As a woman doing her nails for more that 15 years now, I have never seen nail techs finish a full set of nails so quickly. And the result was extremely undesirable. There were bubbles in the nail polish, and the shape and thickness of the nail did not look natural at all. After only a week my nails were coming off from the cuticle and getting caught on anything thin enough to fit through it. Im pretty sure the owners could care less but we are never setting foot in that salon ever again. I dont recommend it.

Need to add that I got a new look from a previous appointment a few weeks ago. Today I updated my hair do and like always Diana did an amazing job. Elizabeth also did amazing work with my nails. Francisca Astrada I have been coming to Model Nails for years. The service is great, and I never leave unhappy. I highly recommend it. Keep in mind that to get a beautiful result, you must be patient. Prices are responsible. Thank you, Tony and Emy, you both ate the best! Briana Marie So this place is right across the street from the neighborhood I grew up in, so I’ve been here at least a dozen times over the years. Please, listen to a sister. Don’t go here unless you want your nails ruined. This place is not quality— they’ll lie about the wait to get you in a chair, then rush your nails (cutting you, ruining your nail bed with the drill, and sloppy shaping) to get someone else who is waiting into the chair. Do NOT come here unless it’s a real emergency. In the photos below, I asked for my two middle nails to be fixed. I let the tech know that they were dip nails with gel polish. He grinded the entire nail off, slapped on an acrylic tip and did a sloppy job with acrylic (instead of using gel like I had asked for specifically), the black polish AND the shaping. They charged me $10 for that. You can still see the polish on my skin and the way the nails aren’t fully painted on the side.

martha travieso I have been doing my hair and nails here for 2 years now! So happy! They are not only professional, clean and with the latest trends but its a fun place. I love their Russian manicures! 5 stars ⭐️ I also love how the owner treats the girls. They arent employees they are friends and family.

Cynthia Greatest first experience! Came here and absolutely loved it. The staff was so friendly and laid back. Fanny was my manicurist for today and she was an absolute sweetheart. First, she opened up a pack of sanitary tools and used fresh clean towels for my pedicure. She did my pedicure in such good timing and my feet came out looking great! On to the gel manicure, as she was doing my nails she offered me wine, water or coffee which was very courteous of her. My nails were unfortunately damaged due to previous acrylics, but she worked very well with my damaged nails and tried to repair and color them the best she could. Everything was being sanitized in the process, and she used clean towels as well, had no stains, no clippings it was so hygienic. The place was also decorated beautifully and was extremely clean, it really was a relaxing place. I will definitely come here again for my next visit as this is my new go-to!

Nilsa Morales Leidy is a very talented person. If you like classy, bling-bling or be creative she is all in. She enjoys her work and likes to please her customers. Will highly recommend, very professional and responsible with peoples schedules.
