He does a great job consistently and his "transformation" makes her feel great when she goes every 2 weeks (and she looks fabulous) Recently I was in town visiting and picked her up after her appointment, it was refreshing to be welcomed warmly and definitely see why she cant wait for her appointments at the salon!
