Dr. Bernstein was great and Kyle who I believe was a PA was also wonderful and Wendy who checked us out was a riot. The person that was seen in the emergency room had never been to an emergency room ever and was quite impressed

5 /5 Claudia Hacker: This is the place to go if you think you might need more advanced testing than an Urgent Care can provide. I was seen within 5 minutes and within 20 had a chest x-ray, CT SCAN, blood work, EKG etc. They are very professional, caring and go beyond what my experience is with ERs.

5 /5 debralhansen: I had to take my husband to the ER. We used HCA Sarasota Doctors Hospital. I pulled up to the entrance and went in to request help to bring him in. Jennifer (RN) heard me tell the volunteer, and she immediately went into high gear to assist. He was throwing up, and she calmly worked with him. Before he was even out of the car she contacted inside to have a room ready for him. Being a nurse takes a special person. You are handling peoples lives and then also need to handle all different types of personalitys. Jennifer didnt stop assisting patients, and the best part. Even if they were not assigned to her she went out of her way to help them. Her 12 hr shift was over and my husband who has a very strong personality had a question. With all her personal belongings in hand to leave she stopped to answer his question. Jennifer needs to be recognized for being professional, polite, friendly, knowledgeable and her meticulous appearance. She has it all put together. Thank you. Debra and Bob Hansen
