5 /5 Charles Johnson: Very proactive and friendly. Their process is well executed. No one really wants to go to the dentist but we need to. However, the dentist & technical staff, don’t look at just one tooth but the whole mouth. Teeth and gums are examined throughly. A treatment plan is developed to get everything correct and in good working order. My plan was made, appointments set and I will begin a relationship with them going forward. Dr. Charles L Johnson

5 /5 KATIE-Mac RAYES: I knew as I walked into Dr Heinecke DDS Brooksville office that it was a safe & most comfortable place. It’s a Dental office with a Staff I’ve always been most comfortable with. If you go there once you will keep going back!!! I had an Increased problem this visit with the necessary exam of my bottom teeth, but the Dental Staff were wonderfully patient with me. They were warm and gentle with me. There’s a professional with a very family atmosphere in this office. They are excellent at what they do and take the time to make you comfortable. Due to the long illness and death of my husband I was way past due for this appointment. For some reason my deep loss and sorrow surfaced right in the Dental chair and I began to weep like I never did in public. They were so understanding and very supportive. I couldn’t ever imagine myself going to any other place for my dental care.
