Kimberly Carlyle I am new to Florida as a resident. My experience at this place of worship has been exhilarating! I came here heavily burdened and stressed. I’m still experiencing separation anxiety, but the more I surround myself with positive affluence, the better I feel. Everyone has been so welcoming and personable. My goal is to become active in the community of which I want to reside until God sends me elsewhere. I prayed for God to enlarge my territory just as He did for Jabez. However, I wasn’t expecting Him to answer me so quickly or perfectly. I did not expect to be placed in what most would consider a heaven on Earth; a Utopia. Serenity is an understatement and does the description of my experience thus far no justice. Yes, there have been growing pains such as adjusting to the rainy season and the intense heat for a short period of time, but I don’t remember that as much as I remember the sun shining every single day that I have been here! God is merciful and kind and always willing to do what our heart desires even when we are uncertain or apprehensive. Change is necessary but can be difficult. We must learn to trust our Heavenly Father in everything and at all times. There may be times we will go outside the lines when exercising our free will, yet we will soon realize that it’s during those times that God’s Grace covers us beyond measure. We don’t always understand God’s plans , especially when we’ve made our own (lol), but He will help us to realize that He makes no mistakes and that He knows best...ALWAYS...
