5 /5 Rebecca Corley: A solid five stars!. From the moment I walked in for an estimate to when I picked up my vehicle, their staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They did not discriminate because I was a female, which is something I have experienced elsewhere. I also witnessed an elderly customer pay with change because thats all she had...and the staff literally counted out nickels, dimes, and quarters on the counter to help her. It was so kind.
The cost for four new tires was exactly within my budget, unlike some corporate locations who estimated twice the amount. The tires were ordered and arrived within two business days. I dropped the vehicle off at 8 AM and it was ready by early afternoon.
They also serviced my A/C for a very reasonable price. They even do basic oil changes. I will definitely return for all my auto needs.
Edited to add that I had a very pleasant experience with Ricky, despite what a few other reviews state. He gets straight to the point quickly but explains everything completely. Additionally, the young man who handled my initial estimate and final payment was training and Ricky was very patient with him.
