5 /5 Sly Fernandez de Castro: The Honda of Lake City Service Center has provided my mothers 2012 Accord with excellent service considering the extremely tight timeline we had. I had the starter switched out, oil change and transmission fluid flush. They did a great job. The part was expensive, but I have come to find that you really do get for what you pay for. Brandon was my service coordinator and did a great job at understanding my concerns and offered solutions. He also was patient, which is very much appericated. I felt reassured that in the case that he did not know the answer (he is brand new), that he would refer to a senior member. Bottom line, honest guy we can trust. A big thank you to the Honda Service team.
