5 /5 Khadijah U. Bilal: I have been a patient of Dr. Horsemans with regular visits since 2002. Along with five other people who also have been patients since 2002, I could not have a more attentive, caring, and competent primary care physician than.Dr. Horseman. The front office staff demonstrate exceptionally appropriate customer service skills. Granted, the nature of their job keeps them in persistent multi-task mode. The staff could smile a bit more and give each customer individual attention to make their roles more accommodating.
I talked with several other patients of Dr. Horsemans and they agree with my assessment of the customer service staff. After talking with the other patients who are extremely pleased with the services at Family Practice Associates. Four people expressed to me that the customer service staff are genuinely remarkable health service providers.
Two of my associates indicated that although the front office staff remain extremely busy when a patient checks in and asks questions,the staff take the time to secure the information and quickly return to their work.
Dr. Horseman and his entire staff demonstrate great deal of consideration
One could easily report a negatively about one visit. The best way I think that anyone should be assessed with consideration for what may be going on in the office at the time of an individuals visit. It is a challenge to understand how a service worker performs with only one visit. That would not be a fair way to evaluate anyone.
Overall, on a scale of 1-10 for quality of service with 1 Poor and 10 being Excellent, I would rate the customer service an 8. Using the same scale for medical services from Dr. Horsemans and his assistant Jeannie, I rate their service a 9. The area I suggest for improvement is the wait a patient experiences once called back after triage.
As this review indicates, I am very pleased with the services from Dr. Horseman.
