5 /5 Delores Andrijiszyn: I cant recommend Ideal Service Center enough! I would give them 100 stars if it were an option! I have visited their shop approximately 6 times and being a single female, I am always on guard of feeling like I am going to be taken advantage of because of my lack of knowledge! Not here, they explain all work in detail so you have no surprise charges and understand what you are paying for. They are welcoming, prompt with appointment times and extremely courteous! A few years ago Mazda told me I needed over 3000.00 worth of work on my vehicle. I wanted a second opinion and was referred to this Shop. Upon checking, the mechanics at Ideal Service Center stated I needed none of the work Mazda recommended and to this day (3 yrs later), I still need none of it. I am so happy I found this shop and I without a doubt trust them implicitly! I want to give a big shout out to the Advisors Ray, Rodney and Ed as well as the mechanics! This will forever be my shop of choice!

Ray and his team are proof of trustworthy work with all their hard work and dedication. They will show you, explain to you, and draw a picture in your mind of what your car may need and the importance of why. I’ve gone to other mechanics and I’ve had to keep going back because “something else” failed. Not here! Today I came because my car has a water leak every time it rains; in less than 30mins they were able to find out was going on and fixed it. I have always been so grateful that I found them. I will recommend 100% since they are knowledgeable and have great customer service.
