5 /5 Dante Justice: J & A auto repair is a father and son auto shop that consistently offers competitive pricing with great communication/customer service. Months ago they changed the valve cover gaskets on my 03 Ford Ranger and when i got the truck back they cleaned the oil sludge that had been building up from the leaking oil over a very long time. This meant a lot to me since the job was a difficult one that required taking apart almost the entire front of the truck to get to the valve cover gaskets, but they steal cleaned the bottom of the truck where oil was. Then, i brought in my 05 civic and got my brake pads/brake rotors and 2 lug studs replaced. The thing is, i called them 10 minutes before they opened and i didnt even leave a message, but they called me back right after i hung up... great communication throughout the process and theyre honest and open about what the car needs and doesnt need. They have wisdom, great costumer service, and great prices. Simple as that

5 /5 Steve Biddle: My wife and i were in Ft.Pierce on vacation towing our travel trailer from Ohio. My truck started making a valve lifter noise, and i knew i had to get it fixed at that time. Im a retired GM tech, and read reviews of the area. J & A got good reviews, and i felt comfortable calling them. I talked to Julio originally, and Daniel when i took the truck in. As the repair started, my engine was a LOT worse than i expected. The valve lifter had come apart, and ruined my camshaft. Daniel kept me in the loop daily, and got the parts asap. We were there the week of Easter, and he got me back on the road by Good Friday. We were soooo happy with the work, and got back to Ohio, the following week. If you need a GOOD and honest repair shop, this is the one to go to. Being a retired GM master tech, i knew what was involved in the repair and cost, and we left there overly happy.
