5 /5 David Illingworth: Jay and Deans was by far my best experience with our 2013 X5. We leave it in Sarasota at our home; so it has some down time. These people diagnosed our car quickly and professionally. We really appreciated the “can-do” and positive attitude we got from them- in addition to a tight schedule they achieved, and the quality service we received. We spoke to Kim frequently; she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable regarding the repairs (great price!) and the progress will recommend to anyone looking for repairs/ these folks were top shelf!

5 /5 Averie Mezroub: I got my oil changed and it was a great experience. Everyone was friendly and they inspected the rest of my car for free and suggested a few things that I could use but they weren’t pushy at all. The only thing I could say to improve upon was that it took a little longer than I am used to for an oil change, but it really didn’t bother me because they have a nice waiting room and the woman at the desk was super friendly.

5 /5 jfer koi: From beginning to end, it was never a struggle. Everybody is so nice there. They took the time to work on my truck and they’re very knowledgeable. I was almost gonna give up on Ingrid. That’s my truck’s name but lo and behold they came along and I will use them in the future thank you so much.

5 /5 S Crockatt: Started bringing my 1994 ghost in the machine Corvette to Jay and Deans last year as no other specialty shop was able to diagnose, or didnt seem to have the time or interest. Jay and Deans has been incredible, helpful, patient, insightful, and truly professional. My vette is working better than ever. They are upfront about their workload and schedule, they communicate promptly, problem solve with authenticity and they charge fair prices. I wont go anywhere else.
