Recently I purchased my 2012 Volkswagen CC and this was the first place I thought of when I decided to do preventative maintenance check before driving the car for more than 50miles. After inspecting the car they always relate the condition of any part they recommend for replacement and the price. Today it was pouring when my car was ready. James Hays was kind enough to grab an umbrella and walk me to my car. Sometimes its the little courteous acts that mean the most. Thank you.
