2 /5 Charlene Kriebel: I had my car towed in because it quit running while I was driving. It ended up being the same problem that I had my car towed in for 1.5 years ago, fuel pump driver module.
When I went to pick my car up, I walked into the service area and nobody was there so I waited about 5 minutes. Jim walked into, sat at his desk and never said hello, can I help you, nothing!!! The lady walked into with a mechanic and again not a hello, can I help you, someone will be with you shortly, again nothing! Joe walked into about 10 minutes later and he asked me if I was picking my car up and helped me. Meanwhile, my service advisor was Jim who say on his butt and NEVER said a word. Unbelievable and this isnt the first time I have walked in that area and not been acknowledged.
The last time I went to Jim Browne I waited 3.5 hours for an oil change. They didn’t take appointments for them but 3.5 hours is a ridiculous amount of t of time to wait for an oil change.
My husband took his truck in for brakes and had an appointment and waited 3 hours for an estimate!!!!
I will not use Jim Browne to purchase our next vehicle or regular maintenance on our vehicles.
