5 /5 Lisa Osborne: We had the best experience at Jim Browne Chevy - we were on our way to TN when we got a flat on 75. We went to Jim Browne and Sharon was the best. She knew that we were excited to get on our journey to TN and she called the insurance for our extended warranty. Once she got the information needed she got our vehicle quickly into the shop. She kept us completely informed the entire time. She got us back on the road within the hour. Sharon deserves all the Kudos. Thanks Sharon

2 /5 Charlene Kriebel: I had my car towed in because it quit running while I was driving. It ended up being the same problem that I had my car towed in for 1.5 years ago, fuel pump driver module. When I went to pick my car up, I walked into the service area and nobody was there so I waited about 5 minutes. Jim walked into, sat at his desk and never said hello, can I help you, nothing!!! The lady walked into with a mechanic and again not a hello, can I help you, someone will be with you shortly, again nothing! Joe walked into about 10 minutes later and he asked me if I was picking my car up and helped me. Meanwhile, my service advisor was Jim who say on his butt and NEVER said a word. Unbelievable and this isnt the first time I have walked in that area and not been acknowledged. The last time I went to Jim Browne I waited 3.5 hours for an oil change. They didn’t take appointments for them but 3.5 hours is a ridiculous amount of t of time to wait for an oil change. My husband took his truck in for brakes and had an appointment and waited 3 hours for an estimate!!!! I will not use Jim Browne to purchase our next vehicle or regular maintenance on our vehicles.

5 /5 Gary Becker: Service Desk employees, Sharon and Joe were very helpful and friendly. The technician that worked on my C8 corvette (i forgot his name), changed the transmission fluid and filter, was very professional and thorough. He took the time to do it right. He even took the time to clean the old oil residue of the cover pan which is above and beyond the scope of work. Price was hundreds less than other Chevy dealers for that service. Thanks to all.

5 /5 Javara Troupe: 03/29/25: Had my second car maintenance here for an oil change, tire rotation, and engine treatment since purchasing my SUV July/2024. I was in and out within 1 hour after arriving at 7:30am with 5 people ahead of me. I was checked in and checked out by a woman who was nice and proficient. No issues and no costly up selling.
