5 /5 Rico Santiago: This place was great. I had an issue with my tire and went in for service. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes and got a fair and honest deal. The staff was swift and friendly, definitely check them out if you have a need.

5 /5 Dale Hernandez: Our experience there was amazing, I know to others ,they will probably say why its just another tire place, but NO to me it was not another place, cus them young guys there were on a roll, fast as can be, my husband and I had took four tires in to swap them out with the ones that were on our truck, but we needed the others tires put back on the rims of the tires we were going to put on our truck, nd I felt like I was at the gym, cus that young man put two jacks under our truck nd you would think he was working out on the ropes, cus he picked up our truck like if it was a tou worked them two jacks like ropes at the gym, just amazing, so if you ever have to have tire work done, this is the plz nd dont forget to tip your guys that work on you vehicle, cus I sure did. I was just amazed, so thank you guys for such fast work.

3 /5 Cindy Walker: They used to be great. But I would say for the past several years or more, the waits are longer. The help is terrible. Nobody wants to work. I just drove off today because the line was so long, which is probably understandable after a weekend. But it didnt look like anybody was doing anything. I didnt see anybody out there. It used to be years ago as soon as you drove up, they would be on top of your car in seconds. That was the whole beauty of the business was you didnt have to sit around and wait for an hour to get new tires put on, I need a new set of tires today.. But I just dont have the time to wait. So im going someplace else.I do a lot of driving and my cars need tires constantly.. I think its time to start going someplace else.

Service is provided quickly and efficiently; prices are given in a straight-forward manner, without any hidden fees or surprises; they will not try to upsell or manufacture "problems" that need additional attention; the pricing is reasonable and the attendants are knowledgeable. I used Tire Kingdom for many years before finding Jim’s. EVERY time I went into to Tire Kingdom (often, because I had a daily, 63 mile commute to work), theyd keep me waiting for hours and work to convince me that I needed numerous additional products and services. It has been incredibly refreshing to visit this in-and-out, mom-and-pop owned, honest tire company!
