Later when we bought a used car to replace it they helped inspect and confirmed the details. Even explaining to us some issues we may see in the future due to the used condition and showing the salt wear from being up north. Great group and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

5 /5 Nicole Dionne: My check engine light came on for the first time and Lake County Auto Service was recommended to me by my brother in law, he had received excellent service with his vehicles and I trusted his judgment so I gave them a call. They had same day appointment availability and quoted me a fair price for diagnosis. I received a call from them once the diagnosis was complete and unfortunately my engine needed to have an extensive repair performed, so much so that they told me they unfortunately wouldn’t be able to perform it at their location, but due to the estimated cost the repair would have they completely waived my diagnostic fee, they even advised me as to what to say to the dealership since I had a newer vehicle and even though it was an uncommon problem to have it was one that was starting to happen to the same year/ type of engine I had. I shared what they told me with the dealership and the dealership agreed and performed the repair covering 90% of the costs. I am so grateful for the honesty and integrity this company has and for helping me get my engine fixed. I will be coming to them for all of my car needs!
