Brittney Eason I’m so happy that I chose Dr. G as my primary care doctor. He’s very caring and mannerable he takes the time out to make sure all my questions and my concerns are answered and handling. He’s outstanding and very professional. The staff at Primary Medical Center are amazing as well they never hesitate to help . I’m usually in and out at a reasonable time at each of my appointments. This facility is very clean and welcoming . I would definitely recommend Dr. G to anyone. He’s absolutely the best in Lakeland.

Addison Wilson Rhonda Jackson is by far the sweetest and kindest OB I’ve ever seen. She made me feel truly heard and understood in my experience. I typically am nervous going into appointments, but she made me feel so comfortable from the moment she came in the room. She advocated for me to have my own choices and helped me in every way she could. Her love of her job is very clearly shown through her work. This office is always great, but Rhonda went above and beyond today. Thank you so much for your kindness.

Jean Tina “T-jean” For the orthopedic doctor Renee Genova was ,a bold thinker.Does a prosthetic process, thats called a I pop leg ( instant post-op prosthetic) . This procedure may not sound like much, I am telling you that,saved my mental health and physical health. Im prone to infections- I got zero infections. Heeled better than I could of hoped for...having this helped me balance and able to feel saver,then I do with out one..I am extremely happy of the process and education I gotten here with her.

Shelbi M. I wish all childrens ERs were as wonderful as here. We are here out of state and brought my daughter in for a huge rash that turned out to be strep and scarlet fever. We were in and out within 2 hrs. My daughter has major white coat syndrome and the nurses were so patient, kind and worked with her and made it a good experience. Even the part that was scary for her they handled her with compassion. She actually left and thanked us for taking her to "get better" which has never happened at any doctor before. I am so thankful for the nurses and the doctor we saw. Even as we left my daughter waved goodbye to the nurses at the nurses station and got a smile and wave back from every single one.

Nannerl Mcpherson I have been taking my newborn and my toddler her for the past two months and all I see and feel is welcoming very professional , dr Susan is so professional and knows what she’s doing and I feel her energy that she loves children and the medical assistant don’t remember her name but she’s so professional and polite Thanks Nannerl!

Terry Barrand Dr. Ward Wall was a true blessing with his treatment and bedside manners with my daughter after her head on collision, two weeks in the TICU at Lakeland Regional Health, and one week on the trauma floor! He explained everything in detail so I could understand them, answered the thousand questions that I had, and he was instrumental and getting my daughter excepted into Brooks neurological rehabilitation hospital With a peer to peer , for rehab regarding her brain injury, broken limbs, and arm nerve damage.
