5 /5 Laurie Dennison: We moved to Lakeland about 7 months ago & wanted to settle in an active & welcoming Baptist church. Well, Lakes Church fits the bill & then some. Were in a very friendly & warm Connect class (Adult Sunday School), Ive joined a womens Bible study, fabulous childrens programs, Pastor Aaron is an amazing pastor who teaches right from Scripture. 5 /5 larry riddle: This is my church. Pastor Aaron Bergner delivers sermons directly from the Bible. His style is engaging and convicting. Typically, the studies will be verse by verse, going through entire books of the Bible in several months. There are learning moments for all ages. Christians are challenged to be active witnesses to those around them. There are lots of "Apologetics" in the studies as well, If you want to learn some ancient Greek! Great worship time here. Congregation participates, which allows for a more free worship time. Lastly, doing service to the community is very important, and this church is super generous and loving towards Lakeland.

5 /5 Grace Hirdes: Love Pastor Aaron. He always preaches what we need to hear even if it’s not easily to listen to. It applies to our every day lives, and convicts of wrong doing. He basis every sermon on the Bible and shares his ultimate longing to just be like Jesus with his congregation.

5 /5 Heather Ogle: Our pastor, church staff and members are wonderful. A Bible preaching church. Doesn’t stray from truth. Nothing better than God’s word and being given ways to apply it to our everyday lives. My family has been members for over 20 years and we are thankful and blessed to be there.
