5 /5 Abigail Gene: Came in with very brassy hair and a bad hair cut. My stylist really listen to what I want and even showed me swatches; this made me extremely cared for. My hair is so much more of what I wanted and will be returning for touchups. No big chops, just plans and expectations for the future.
