5 /5 Rebecca Councilman: Bella is the best nail Tech in the country I look forward to flying from Cali to Florida just to get my nails done by her. She has a unique technique with dip that seals the dip with a brush and your nails rarely if EVER break. And her designs are unmatched handpainted art. Her husband Kyle is also the sweetest. In season make sure to make an appointment because she is always booked up. Rightfully so! And if you pay in cash you get a little discount. Super cool!
