5 /5 Amy Taylor: So happy with these guys! Cliff was so nice and understanding. They had to replace a crank shaft sensor, and I had expected a week wait. Fortunately, not the case. They took care of it in one day. I highly recommend McKenzies.

5 /5 Garrett Jones: Fantastic experience. Probably the best auto repair experience I have ever had — and I have had a lot. I do majority of work on all my kids cars myself but son is at FSU 4 hrs away and had a problem with cooling system. They diagnosed issue and resolved same day after originally said 2 days so my son could get to family event. Spoke to Cliff for 20+ min and he took the time to explain issue with car and other issues that were not critical — fixed critical issue and gave recommendations on other less critical issues. Concise, professional and competent. Customer service experience was exceptional as well. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I only wish they were in my home town as I would use them for all of the repair issues beyond my expertise. If you happen to have kids away at school in Tally and need car repair work, I would use them without hesitation. Outstanding.

They are located right off Monroe Street, close to the Myers Park area. The staff is friendly and accommodating. They take pride in their work and “They Do it all.” Thank you guys for fixing my truck, and making sure she was safe. Y’all are amazing

I have ALWAYS been treated like a friend and a wanted customer. James McCann and the McKenzie brothers are first class in their customer service and their knowledge of car repairs. Buick, Dodge, Chrysler, Honda, Nissan/Infiniti, and Volkswagen are all brands that I have personally had serviced here. If youre looking for a more reliable service shop for your car in Tallahassee, you may find one that is equal to, but not superior to. Bank on it!

The team at McKenzie‘s are car and truck people so they really take care of your vehicle as if it was their own! Trust is everything when having your vehicles serviced and repaired. These people are the best !! They love cars, and are actual car guys !! They do all my vehicles. Over 200 years of shop experience. Everything from Custom to Stock, Import or Domestic.; Cars Trucks all of it!!
