5 /5 John McCreary: I had a brake job replacing all rotors and brake pads 9 months ago due to vibration in the steering wheel when braking. Then the issue started happening again recently. I brought the car back to the shop and Mark (owner’s brother) honored the warranty and covered everything free of charge! They even aired up my tires to the proper pressure for me, without me asking for it! You never know with mechanic shops whether they are going to take advantage of customers or do right by you. They’ve earned my trust and will definitely use them again in the future if needed.
