Unfortunately my vehicle needed engine work done but he was very helpful about explaining and not charging me for extra work when there was nothing helpful to be done. I was charged 1 hour labor and the part that was purchased and given valuable knowledge towards my next steps. An honest man.

I felt the stress of being over 45 miles from home and he offered such relief and support whenever all the other company didn’t want to come out after 5 pm. I had hard time searching for mobile mechanic for a Spanish classic car that would come to my house in St. Augustine, FL. Joe arrived on time, explained every step of the troubleshooting process and educated me on how to take care of the car in the future. He is very reasonably priced (it would have cost me a lot more to have it towed to get serviced elsewhere) and is overall good person. Highly recommend!
