I have been taking my car to Johnny for years now - he is honest and genuinely cares about his customers. He always goes the extra mile. His skills and customer service are unmatched. Well I will say that other repair shop should come and see what Johnny and his crew are doing and take note of the way they take care of its customers to actually be successful. I am from Orlando but I stay now In Tallahassee now. In one of my trips to Orlando my Mitsubishi 3000GT overheated and I was stranded for a night in a Wawa gas station. Next morning I called around other repair shops and they all addressed my situation as if I was an inconvenience to them. HOWEVER, when I called N&G not only they understood my situation, but they provided me with immediate solutions through a 3rd party towing company and within a few hours my vehicle was in their shop. Johnny saw the situation with my car and explained everything to me, every detail and he set proper expectations. I can safely say that he took the right approach. In my opinion , he under promised and over delivered with my repairs. Price wise: His prices are on point with industry standards pricing. I had research online what would cost me to get the repairs the night before when my whole situation happened, and I can safely say that his prices are affordable. What I most like about his approach was that he didnt try to over sell me with other non essential recommendations as many other repair shops try to do. He explained what I needed and thats what we agreed on. However, by the way that he took care of me, I would of expect that the cost would of been more. I am a business owner myself, and the key to success to any business in any industry is to make the customer feel appreciated , to deliver clear expectation to the customer so they feel at ease and to deliver in what they recommend. My situation was not easy easy being that my car is 28 years old, however we both partnered up in looking for parts around the city and we made it happened. By the way Jhonnys mom makes the best Coffee that I have ever drank in my life. ( Dont let my wife know that) and no I am not a Boomer lol!!! I am in Tallahassee now like I said, however I would gladly travel to Orlando just to get my car tuned up by them anytime. His business is 100% incredible. Thank you Johnny!

He was friendly and clearly communicated with me throughout the whole process. His mom was also super sweet and picked up the part so I could get the car back the same day. Id definitely recommend them... especially for people like me who dont know much about cars.

Ive been going to Johnny for the past 3–4 years, and in that time, he has taken care of my car, my girlfriends car, my brother-in-laws, and even cars from friends who live out of state. Everyone Ive recommended to Johnny has had a great experience—he truly goes above and beyond. Personally, Johnny has helped me with everything from a full engine replacement to oil changes, spark plugs, and even fixing my A/C. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and always takes the time to explain what’s going on and show you what needs to be done. He’s honest, never tries to price gouge, and genuinely cares about your safety and making sure your car is in top shape. His mom is often in the office or answering the phones—shes such a kind person and always does her best to help schedule appointments that work for you. The service is quick, efficient, and reliable. I’ve never had to wait weeks like I have with other shops (not throwing shade, just being honest about my past experiences). Johnny has taken care of not only my vehicle needs but those of my friends and family. Johnny, you are truly a blessing, and at this point, I consider you family. I won’t make a car-related decision without checking with you first, and when I get my next car, you’ll be the first person I talk to.
